This Privacy Policy explains how Solmigo ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile applications and games we publish (each, an "App"). We build our Apps to respect your privacy and to collect as little as possible.
By downloading or using one of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. The short version
Our Apps do not require an account and we do not ask you for personal details such as your name, email, or phone number. Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Some Apps show ads, and our advertising partners may collect limited device information to serve those ads, as described below.
2. Information stored on your device
Data such as your high scores, coins, unlocked items, purchases, and preferences (for example, whether sound is on) is saved locally on your device using standard app storage. We cannot see this data, it is not sent to us, and it is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
3. Advertising
Some of our Apps display advertisements through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and app-interaction data. This may be used to show personalized or non-personalized ads.
- Where required (for example, in the EU, UK, and Switzerland), we present a consent request before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in the App.
- You can reset or limit ad tracking using your device settings: Settings → Privacy → Tracking on iOS, or Settings → Google → Ads on Android.

4. Platform services
Our Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. These platforms may collect their own analytics (such as installs, crashes, and aggregate usage) under their respective privacy policies. We may view this information only in anonymous, aggregated form to fix bugs and improve our Apps.
5. Children's privacy
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where an App may be used by children, we instruct our ad partners to serve only non-personalized, age-appropriate ads. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is only processed by the third-party service providers described above (Google AdMob, and the app platforms) for the purposes of running and improving our Apps, or where required by law.
7. Data retention
Because your in-app data lives on your device, you control it directly — uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes it. Any information processed by our advertising and platform partners is retained according to their own policies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. Since we do not hold personal data about you ourselves, most requests are best directed to the relevant platform or ad provider — but you are always welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be noted within the App.
